My fianc and I were originally looking to move into Parc Place Apartments their sister complex but was informed that Woodcrest has a unit currently available We did not have an appointment set with Woodcrest to view the apt but I personally feel like that doesnt matter and we should have been treated with the same amount of respect When my fianc arrived at

My fianc and I were originally looking to move into Parc Place Apartments their sister complex but was informed that Woodcrest has a unit currently available We did not have an appointment set with Woodcrest to view the apt but I personally feel like that doesnt matter and we should have been treated with the same amount of respect When my fianc arrived at the office the door was originally locked He knocked and shortly after a short curly haired woman possibly Latina opens the door and ask what do you need He respond Im looking to rent an apartment can I come in Mind you someone was outside cutting grass and it was very noisy Apparently the lady did not want him inter and not interested in helping him at all since he did not have an apt It seemed like she was OK when I arrived and the apartment we wanted was ready and available but due the her rude behavior we have decided to move into another one of their sister apartments

I have been a tenant at this property for 4 years I used to really love living here and Id always have nice things to say about Riverview Now the property has really gone down starting with the management The new office staff and management are horrible They are extremely unprofessional Actually I had a conversation with the property manager today and she hung up in my face I have never experienced such rude and Unprofessionalism in my life They are so passive they dont care about the tenants at all I had an incident 2 months ago my car was vandalized Once again no help from management I have literally asked for the cooperate office number at least 5 times At first I was lied to and told they dont know the number And the other times was told about the chain of commands Clearly I understand there is a chain of command but if Im having issues with the office staff Who else is there to go to I have never heard in my life that a tenant cant have the cooperate number These people should not be working in customer service with the attitudes that they have

In late October 2021 I called Parc Place Apts to inquire about any upcoming vacancies I was told by Ms Michelle in the leasing office that a few units would be available within 30 days and to come to the property to formally apply After filling out the application I was told that I was approved for a unit and I needed to pay a nonrefundable 40 application fee Ms Michelle also suggested that I add my name to the waiting list by paying 100 reservation fee She explained that the reservation fee was refundable and would be returned once I moved in I was the first and only name on the reservation list at the time and she assured me with in thirty days Id be contacted with a move in date Considering the Thanksgiving holiday I called December 1st 2021 to inquire about the availability of the promised unit I was told that it was not quite ready yet but Ms Michelle couldnt tell me how long it would be before Id be ready Her exact words were I apologize Mr Johnson but be patient from that date every two weeks I would call to inquire about the availability and each time her response was the same In late December Ms Michelle and any other staffing member stopped answering my calls On Jan 7th 2022 I contacted cooperate and explained this issue to Ms Donna who is the regional manager and explained I no longer wanted the apartment but just the 100 refunded to me She told me Ms Michelle no longer worked for the property and shed have the local property manager reach out to me I waited a few days and still wasnt contacted Jan 12 2022 I went to the Parc Place leasing office and spoke to a young lady Dominique about the situation and she explained the property manager is Castaran Lee and Id need to contact her because she wasnt authorized to issue a refund Today I called at least 20 times and have yet to hear back from Ms Lee I made contact with Dominique and she relayed a message from Ms Lee that the refund would need to be authorized by cooperate Unacceptable Unprofessional
