there is nobody that you can get in touch with if something goes wrong there is a number but nobody answers it air is out in 100 degrees outside you would think there would be a maintenance person or someone on call these are elderly people that live in these apartments bet if they would miss a payment then they would be there or they would be calling you

Horrible Maintenance never comes out and fix anything and they are ALWAYS changing managers so your work orders never gets completed NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL BUT THEY WILL COLLECT RENT
