I lived there for a year The manager was very nice His wife was a nightmare She harrassed memy guestsMy apartment was beautiful But had serious issues Water pipes broke in my ceiling Then the bugsI had balck widow spidersand roachesand they sprayed I hate bugsnever had those problems beforeor since I kept my apt very clean But still had that problem We had 2 2020-12-27T03:15:47Z
I lived there for a year The manager was very nice His wife was a nightmare She harrassed memy guestsMy apartment was beautiful But had serious issues Water pipes broke in my ceiling Then the bugsI had balck widow spidersand roachesand they sprayed I hate bugsnever had those problems beforeor since I kept my apt very clean But still had that problem We had 2 senior ladies get into a brawl in the lobbywhich went into the elevator Then another brawlwith visiting family members at another apt We had accessto the poolso we were toldbut that was kind of a battle about using it I used the gymn oncebutI went late at niteand there was a young guy in there without the tenant That made me nervous The theater was nicebut the picks of movies were not You can use the common roombut you have to put a large deposit downwhich you get backif its cleanI had ppl knocking on my door constantly borrowing thingswhich were never returnedOr asking for ridesThey constantly did apt checks by corporateor management My apt was chosen to often It was crazy I wasnt section 8Im a disabled nurse after 35 yrsThere was constant construction when I was thereto enforce the wall by the stream So much for sleeping in I moved inand the central ac was out I had 2 little acs It took almost a yr to fix that I roastedI did finally have to write to corporate about the managers wifewho wasnt employed by the corporation For her constant harrassment of meand my guestswho witnessed her behavior towards me My neighbor upstairsand her teenage grandaughterscame in late at nightit sounded like a herd of elephantson the floors with high heels Management warned them twicethey finally evicted herWhen I moved inI was told I could have my grandkids and guests as often as I wanted That also wasnt true I was a quiet tenanttried to keep to myself I asked my downstairs neighbor if I was noisy He told meI have never once heard you I lived upstairs in an apt previouslyfor 5 years My neighbor there said the same thing The harrassment from the managers Geralds wife was just horrendous She yelled at memy visitorsEven told guests at the doorI wasnt home I wasI could not wait for my lease expired so I could move They lost a good tenant I paid my rent on timealways All my previous landlordsand since that placehave never had any problems from meor complaints about me either Or my guests Be warybefore you sign a lease there more ... hide ...

I called inquiring about a 3 or 4 bedroom apartment spoke with MsTierney Although she currently didnt have any vacancies she was super sweet and very informative Having a great office staff sets the tone for a pleasant stay
