Do not move here they harass you about any little thing The staff is unprofessional and unorganized They lose your paper work and deny that you have been in office at all so you have to record every single time you step foot into the office take pictures of receipts and recertification letters They threaten to call CPS on you if your living conditions arent of their standard They take their jobs way too serious whereas they should put that effort into actually doing their jobs such as plumbing and electrical work orders being made and never being completed They never change filters unless you call and complain No inspections unless they have a corporate head person coming out to check certain units Theres lots of favoritism as far as tenants No playground for the kids which makes them play with things like sticks and rocks on the playground and then were penalized for it You get wrote up for any little thing because theyre looking to throw people out all the time due to their turn around rate You literally would have to document record every single thing dealing with these people and stay ready for court so just dont move here more ... hide ...

I lived here for 4 years and I did not find it to be as terrible as some have posted The staff have always been pleasant to deal with however they are slow to complete work orders and I often had to call again to get something done There are water shutoffs at least 45 times a month but these were never a bother to me as most were during the day and I was not 2021-11-02T16:58:09Z
I lived here for 4 years and I did not find it to be as terrible as some have posted The staff have always been pleasant to deal with however they are slow to complete work orders and I often had to call again to get something done There are water shutoffs at least 45 times a month but these were never a bother to me as most were during the day and I was not there at those times Toward the end of my stay the staff did start to have issues I originally called to give my 60 days notice a week before the 60 days so there would be plenty of time Apparently the individual I spoke with forgot or simply did not put in the notice and I received and email a few weeks before I was scheduled to move out saying I had not given any notice and my lease was set to expire When I called and explained the office worker sent the email immediately That afternoon I received an email stating that I was being charged beyond my lease and an additional fee because I had not given proper notice When I called I was told there was nothing that could be done Once I had moved out my deposit was refunded to my total owed on the 1st and when I went to pay saw I owed nothing I called to verify and was told the amount was sent to collections I had never missed a payment and was furious Overall things were not too bad until the end more ... hide ...
