The worst place ever to live The managers and employees treat the residents with no respect Parkview Apts in Monroe La should be torn to the ground The tenants aptare not up to date There charging almost if not more 900 dollars an apt That are not even up to standards The only time they want to fix something is when HUD comes to shut them down

I actually live in Cotton Bayou Estates It is so horrible I cant wait to move no one should live in this neighborhood
