Our townhouse is nice but management here is awful They never keep their office hours every time I call within office hours the manager has conveniently stepped out They lost my lease renewal paperwork and tried to charge me extra for a month to month charge which I had to fight them to cancel Ive tried to get a new mailbox key for two weeks now and nobody w 2022-05-31T21:51:27Z

The absolute WORST place to live on the East side of Monroe The property managers are HORRIBLE They keep attitudes and do NOT care about the property at all Nor do they give a damn about there tenants They do just enough to get by to keep them open People are shooting dice at all times of day and night You would think with the unworking security footage they 2018-04-27T15:47:04Z
The absolute WORST place to live on the East side of Monroe The property managers are HORRIBLE They keep attitudes and do NOT care about the property at all Nor do they give a damn about there tenants They do just enough to get by to keep them open People are shooting dice at all times of day and night You would think with the unworking security footage they would be able to control the amout of guns in the apartment facilities There is constantly people shooting a man was pistol whipped in the parking lot The police AMR fire truck are constantly out there I dont see why they dont move in on the property Roach infested The maintenance people come to work for a check cause they sure as hell dont fix anything Overall income based its not worth it Its like walking into a lions den Forgot to mention the countless people whove been shot on the property more ... hide ...

Management is horrible The apartments are nasty the have bug issues that the cant get rid of The pool is filthy If you call the home office they wont do anything about the issues Its a horrible horrible place to live Very ghetto nasty parking lot with trash everywhere Maintenance cant fix anything
