Dont waist your time I would give a rating of a zero if I could Staff very unprofessional and dont bother to pay an application fee because they will not process your application but will cash your money order and give you the run around to eternity In the end they did me a favor because I can only imagine the games they play once you move in

I lived at this complex for 3yrs and never had any issues However on today when l called to inquire about when will l receive my deposit things took a turn When l spoke with the first young lady she was professional over all it was when she transferred me to older lady in the office where things got ugly She was really rude to me over the phone and hung up 2022-06-28T18:48:21Z
I lived at this complex for 3yrs and never had any issues However on today when l called to inquire about when will l receive my deposit things took a turn When l spoke with the first young lady she was professional over all it was when she transferred me to older lady in the office where things got ugly She was really rude to me over the phone and hung up on me before l could even finish asking what l had initially called in for she hung up on me She stated they was no deposit being returned because they had to bring in a professional to patch the wall where the tvs were mounted in each room living room 2bedrooms When l initially inquired about if l could mount tvs on to the wall it was told to me that we were able to do so however when we move out to patch it up in which l did My job wasnt professional however l patched the wall upon move out Besides that she said the Apt had to be cleaned l followed by saying l have pics to show each room was cleaned before we moved out she came back and said well the cleaning is subjective but we had to get the wall professionally repaired and painted and so on and so forth All that to say they kept my deposit because l hung tvs on the wall in which they told me l could and l didnt professionally repair the wall once l moved out more ... hide ...

I inherited the love for this church as my father and aunt were part of the Gospel Soul Children a family friend invited us years before Katrina when I was only in high school Not knowing I would attend with my mother in law and we had to return after the storm now bringing up our family in First Emanuel there couldnt be a better place God bless Pastor daily 2019-12-23T19:49:15Z
