Ive lived in these apartments as a resident for over 5 years Great location not so great experiencenOne of the neighbors in our four unit town home makes racket at all hours of the day and night violating our noise ordinance but no one cares to address it this has been happening for 2 years at this point On top of that every few months an appliance will break down only for the issue to repeat a few weeks or months laternI reported painting maintenance work and termite damage in Jan 2021 that has yet to be fixed and the molding from one of the windows it impacted is now rotted I also reported what appears to be a water leak in the wall of my bedroom that sits behind where I established my home office that has yet to even be looked at and potential mold or rust in my ventilation system which as you well know is a serious health hazard I was told by the project manager hed come do a walk through only to never hear backnI dont understand why property management would not be more proactive with keeping up with these issues and giving their workers adequate staff so that they have the time to give attention to issues rather than being so overwhelmed it takes several months to addressnnWe recently received notice that renovations are coming for all tenants and I hope that means that things will turn around for the residents here Until then Im rating one star because of the lack of timeliness for issues to be addressed along with the quality of materials used for the current buildnnUpdate As of late 2021 a project team finally completed an assessment but were still pending completion of renovations in the spring more ... hide ...
