To my understanding musicians village was constructed to provide lowcost housing to musicians in financial need of assistancennI am unsure if these houses are still used as such nor am I aware of the conditions or terms of usennBright and colorful in nature this strip of houses is in fact and godsend to the community those in need

My mom lives in the community and was in need of some maintenance repairs I went to the office on Indiana Street and met the staff Mr Chris was very helpful and understanding about the situation The next day maintenance was at the house and took care of the issues Mom was pleased and so was I

35 Stars Not a bad place to live The location is actually pretty good One block off St Charles much to do around the area The area on this side of St Charles has evolved alot recently especially in the past 6 months Its mostly pretty quiet for the most part sometimes I hear the people upstairs but not much The gym needs works some of the machines are broken

35 Stars Not a bad place to live The location is actually pretty good One block off St Charles much to do around the area The area on this side of St Charles has evolved alot recently especially in the past 6 months Its mostly pretty quiet for the most part sometimes I hear the people upstairs but not much The gym needs works some of the machines are broken and theres not much variety Before I moved out they were starting to respond to tenants complaints about the propertys upkeeping and have done a pretty good job at maintaining the property after a whole winter season much of the property was left to be desired for Its getting better improving and it sounds like they are getting more young professionals in the area to lease instead of section 8nnAs for the interior of the apartments pretty new for the most part Apartments are not very big but are a decent size Appliances are relatively new within the past several yearsnnRent for the location is a great value And they have security on the premise after office hours with working cameras which keeps for a peace of mind for most folks
