I have lived in Heritage at Columbia Parc for more than 3 yearsnBesides being aestheticly beautiful this place is very well built with attention to detail inside and out The apartments are spacious and easy to clean with full sized energy efficient appliances The appliances include a full sized front loading washing machine and dryernThe kitchen has granite counter tops ample cabinets and a breakfast bar that opens to the dining areanThe bathroom is very large with a good sized linen closet and ample safety bars in the spacious walk in showernThere is a nice sized walkin closet between the bedroom and the barhroomnThis 3 story building has a beautiful lobby that includes fine furnishings and art It also has a wonderful baby grand piano and an entertainment areanThere is also a computer room that includes a printer adjacent to the lobbynAlso on the ground floor there is a combination meeting roomtheaternWe are treated to movies several times a monthnOn the second floor there is a large fully equipped Firness CenternOn the 3rd floor overlooking the main entrance there is a lovely balcony From the balcony we have an amazing view of the New Orleans skyline beautiful sunsets and fireworks displays during special celebrationsnWe also have a 1st rate cleaning crew maintenance inside and out and landscapingnThe staff are very polite professional respectfull and helpfulnIt is a privilege to call this place my home

They are VERY slow as far as maintenance coming to fix look at or bring u anything They claim they do back ground checks on the people that live back here and do screenings b4 the tenants in but thats a lie also I moved in and the fridge was brokeit took them 2 months to bring me a new one My ac wasnt working rightit took them about 4 months to find out wh
