Its very outdated Grounds are not kept up properly The apartments that have carpet is nasty Mold and mildew throughout all the apartments It doesnt matter if you clean with bleach its in the walls When someone moves out of an apartment they are not properly painted I am very disappointed living here but when there is nothing else what do you do Had I known t 2020-07-22T22:45:11Z

I have had only good experiences with the management of this apartment complex I served patients here as a home health occupational therapist The halls and building are very clean and wellkept If I were retired and needed reducedincome housing I would love to live in this apartment complex If there is an elderly person who needs assistance they should have home health private caregivers family and friends all come in to help It is not the job of the apartment management to regularly checkin on every resident in this very large facility If those priormentioned means of outside assistance are not available a disabled person should not live in Pine Grove Apartments or ANY apartments whatsoever such a person needs to live in an assisted living facility ALF nursing home or in the home of a loving caregiver more ... hide ...
