If I could rate it zero stars I would Its sad how the dont owners and managers do their tenants and most of them paying full rent They have people paying full rent up there but fix anything They dont send an exterminator out its roaches everywhere no matter how nice and clean keep the place air conditioners unit that have not been working going on 5 month 2020-11-23T05:20:42Z
If I could rate it zero stars I would Its sad how the dont owners and managers do their tenants and most of them paying full rent They have people paying full rent up there but fix anything They dont send an exterminator out its roaches everywhere no matter how nice and clean keep the place air conditioners unit that have not been working going on 5 months in some units cabinets fall falling apart because they havent been repaired or anything else since the apartment complex open but have the audacity to go up on the rent starting next month If I was the tenants I would definitely move but I couldnt afford too dont pay your rent because theyre not meeting their end of the contract If they try to evict you sue them Ive witness this first hand and I can email pictures if needed more ... hide ...

I Love the atmosphere of family living here The office manager is extraordinary She is pleasant and extends herself beyond what is expected of her Ive been a part of this community for several years and when this young lady came on board it has been simply amazing Always there when you need her Thank you for all that youve done for me

Neighbors are too noisy and unwanted visitors and maintenance fail to fix things in time because my kitchen sink has been clogged up for almost two weeks now now it has started to effect my bathroom sink and i have been calling the office two days in a row no answer nor return of my calls and i been a resident here since December of 2016
