I am currently a tenant at Slidell Housing Authority I along with some other tenants have not been pleased with Ms Keatons service her customer service has been very unsatisfactory she has been very unprofessional with meeting certain criteria as a caseworker She has given us false information in reference to the selfsufficiency program She does not have good work ethics and she is very incompetent and unprofessional I have been trying to contact Ms Keaton for several days and not one time have she returned my calls the first attempt Mon April 30th 2pm left voice message no return 2nd Tues attempt May 1st 10 42am left voice message no return 3rd attempt Wed May 3rd called 3 times 921 940 and 10am no answer left voice message All attempts and Ms Keaton have not called back which give me the impression she does not care about helping me and I am not the only person she does this to This lady needs to be fired immediately where do they get these people

We lived at this complex for four years and it was a great experience for 3 It was kept clean and the complex manager was a gem However the new manager was a horror The complex was not well maintained she was difficult to deal with pertaining to receiving packages or maintenance issues etc We were sent to a collection agency over 8500 without receiving any b

This place is the worse place you could ever commit to living to They do not honor their part of the agreement and the property manager Rebecca Patrick is by far the most despicable person you will ever meet when attempting to find a resolution I put in call after call attempting to find a resolution in ending my lease and following the contract due to unlivable conditions She persisted to ignore me and state her unavailability telling her representatives to let me know she was not in office I finally decided I could not have 1 year old or myself who was 5 months pregnant to live in a place any longer where the air conditioner would not work the microwave was rusted and bugs continuously crawled through the door from improper sealing The place was never painted or cleaned prior to us moving in as promised and upon leaving she after no response for months she then decided to attempt to ruin our credit by sending us to collections professional debt mediationfor 450662 and an additional 100000 in other fees If you are uninterested in having to get a lawyer and suffer immensely from a lack of care and respect then I would suggest staying far away from this untrustworthy establishment Its saddening to say we were more than willing to give them every dollar that the lease suggested they were supposed to have to leave and Rebecca refused to meet with us or return any calls to find a resolution Please save yourself your time and your money

where to begin my friends mother lives there she was worried about her mom ever since she moved in she has had a terrible cough I went there with her and the stink of mold when the door opened knocked me back a few feet so i went to home depot and picked up a mold test kit the prefab dump is 47 mold 97 of the windows do not open and when you do get one open
