I have lived at Fairbrookes Apts for 14 years now I have known a few managers over the years MsDeliah is a lovely person She is willing to help in anyway possible My rent is more then reasonable and I only need to call to have something fixed once or twice a year I will probably live here at Fairbrookes as long as these wonderful people will have us I pay m 2022-08-26T15:07:16Z

The management thinks that they can enter peoples apartment anytime they want without authorization elderly people very bad they should be shut down

If it was up to me I would give it no stars at all I moved to perryman in 2010 and i just moved out March 2017 Im so blessed and very thankful I got out of that hell hole too much drug activity I had mold real bad in my bathroom tub was clogged before I even moved in and they never came to fix it never had hot water to begin with and on top of that I had 2017-06-28T21:53:34Z

I absolutely love it here Its quiet and very clean with NO major pest issues The residents and staff are very friendly Definitely an upgrade to where I relocated from
