I came by today to visit the leasing office very beautiful apartments from the outside However the people within the neighborhood were very sketchy I saw drug activity and before I could get out of my car this lady approach me and told me about her bio age DOB and ask me for 84 cents because the guys at the corner told her she had to do something for them in 2020-02-11T22:37:29Z

I called today to inquire about an apartment and the woman answering the phone had a repulsive attitude After explaining that I was looking around the general area and checking for openings she interrupted with we only know our property and we dont have openings call next week ok She was more than ready to get off the phone She made assumptions I was askin 2018-07-10T15:58:02Z
I called today to inquire about an apartment and the woman answering the phone had a repulsive attitude After explaining that I was looking around the general area and checking for openings she interrupted with we only know our property and we dont have openings call next week ok She was more than ready to get off the phone She made assumptions I was asking for July and when I told her I had a few more questions she told me to leave a message for the manager Why are you answering the phones if you cannot answer questions about the property Surely you know about your place of work rightnnIts clear this place isnt interested in potential renters I cannot imagine what a lack of priority you would be if you already lived on this propertynnUpdatenI did leave my contact and the manager never got back to me Imagine having a real issue with your apartment and living here Not worth it more ... hide ...

I currently live at one of their properties HPA We have NOT had consistent HOT WATER in about 8 months now with the last 2 months being the absolute worst I have continuously inform management and though they claim to have worked on things in the boiler room NOTHING has resolved the problem I even reached out to Habitat America and no one has gotten back wit 2022-04-24T13:00:27Z
