I came by today to visit the leasing office very beautiful apartments from the outside However the people within the neighborhood were very sketchy I saw drug activity and before I could get out of my car this lady approach me and told me about her bio age DOB and ask me for 84 cents because the guys at the corner told her she had to do something for them in 2020-02-11T22:37:29Z

I currently live at one of their properties HPA We have NOT had consistent HOT WATER in about 8 months now with the last 2 months being the absolute worst I have continuously inform management and though they claim to have worked on things in the boiler room NOTHING has resolved the problem I even reached out to Habitat America and no one has gotten back wit 2022-04-24T13:00:27Z

If I could give less than 1 star I would Management is horrible and they exploit the participants and employees daily Place went downhill after former CEO left But I dont know what they expected when they put a deceiving and undereducated deputy in his place Stay far away

Strict rules about daily living Cant smoke cigarettes on the property that includes the parking lot AWAY from all people and doors The maintenance men spy on you there is mold build up in the building They have a mild roach problem in which I personally Fog bombed the trash room to stop the bug movement They show favoritism what you get wrote up for the next 2021-12-06T01:05:32Z

I wish I could give this place a negative number Yes a resident vandalized the building by flooding one side of it but that has nothing to do with elevators constantly breaking down at times trapping someone in them or door handles falling off the entrance door to the apartment trapping someone in tbemnResidents should not have to report items needing repair multiple times For over a month I have been reporting my freezer door popping open and I have to keep it taped shut That is a minor inconvenience though compaired to residents not having hot water to clean with or take a shower Or other residents who have not had working AC and reported it for months while other residents are freezingnThe horror story of roaches and bedbugs are all true Constant changing of managers and maintenance employees should not become the residents problem yet Edgewood Management has used that excuse to residents as to why things were so bad Requests for reasonable accommodations under the ADA go ignored or take over 8 months of constant fighting with management to be done This building is designated for seniors or disabled so why does everyone have to fight for simple accommodations to be donenThe excuse this building is so old does not fly The building isnt even 50 years old and Annapolis is full of buildings much older In my opinion the problem is due to owners who dont want to put any more money into properly maintaining this building than legally required to do and never have given enough funds to the skeleton maintenance crew to properly maintain itnThe parking lot is a joke Parking is a joke They have approximately 78 parking spaces for 175 apartments I have had to call friends and family on several occasions to stay at tbeir homes because absolutely no where to park Yet there are vehicles taking up spaces that are just used for additional storage and never go anywherenClaiborne Place really has so many issues These are constant as is the smell of illegal drugs and rules constantly being ignored Or should I say the rules dont apply to all residents equally more ... hide ...

Called and spoke with 2 different women who were rude and short on the phone Provided false information and did not specify that there is a 2 year wait until I came in to get the application So based on service I wouldnt recommend this place Rude management
