For starters this place needs 0 stars Secondly this is the WORST place to hold ANY function Im sure it was ok back in the 70s but now its just flat out disgusting The so called Rev Daniel Worthy is the nastiest rudest sarcastic snobbiest man Ive ever encountered We have been holding church service herenot willingly for the past 6 years and its been a disaster ever since Worthy doesnt make his staffpeople off the corner clean not one thing in this dump The floors are never mopped and when they are they use a old dirty mop and the whole place smells like dirty mop water The place is infested with so many mice they need to be charged rent The bathrooms are utterly DISGUSTING It smells exactly like urine I wouldnt walk off the street to use these bathrooms The heat and air never work The ceilings are always leaking The back steps are a danger zone a sister from our church fell down these steps last year and got severely hurt No one fixed them yet If you ever want to break a limb please feel free to walk up or down these steps This place needs to be shut down immediately Its still hard to believe this building is still in business People shouldnt be charged to rent anything here Please dont waste your hard earned money on Forest Park Senior Center Worthy should be ashamed of himself for treating peoplemainly our church the way he does You Sir dont not live up to that last name Hopefully the state bulldozes this place to the ground more ... hide ...

my mom rented housing from them not ever again it had roaches rats mice they never got any issues fixed in their properties all our belongings were thrown out and my mom didnt get reimbursed fir anything that she lost and then had a nerv to rent her a studio apartment she could not have any over night visits from her family or friends they need to change the 2017-09-28T17:25:41Z

I am done being patient with Broadway Overlook in BaltimoreMD I moved into my unit Dec 4 2018 My first appointment to tour this unit I was stood up They rescheduled me when my boyfriend wasnt available and had to make a decision without him In exchange they gave me 1 12 months free rent and knocked 50 off a month to match the other unit I was looking at Living here has been a nightmare since day 1 Between the consistent leaking the lack of professionalism and complete failure of customer service this is a building that needs to be melted down and throw away After months of my bathroom leaking they finally agree to let me switch units After waiting a month for a same unit to become available and another 3 weeks for us to tour it once were in the unit they tell us they have us in a 2 bedroom 2 bath that is 400 a month over our price range Keep in mind I was specifically told I was touring the 1 bed 1 bath that was the same price as my current unit Chealsie and Melissa and Tiffany before she left have never been on the same page with anything All they give are either lies or just completely wrong information when you confront them about the wrong information they just stare at you I ONLY deal with them thru email so I can very clearly see in writing what they originally tell me I do not think this is a WinnCompany reflection but I do think Broadway Overlook is in need of a massive rework This includes all staff from the office workers maintenance workers and even the porters The lobby is always beyond disgusting and often requires a resident to say something before being cleaned I would love to speak to someone at WinnCompanies regarding the very many issues Ive had since December more ... hide ...

This place has become so run down its a shame These used to be nice clean well kept apartments but since new management took over thats no longer the case They are nasty dirty and unkept This is what it looks like on a daily basis Talk about embarrassing
