I HAVE FAMILY THAT LIVE AT 3044 AT GATEWAY 2 APTS WHOEVER BUILT THEM APARTMENTS DID A FANTASTIC JOB IT LOOKS LIKE A HOTEL I WISH THERE WERE MORE APARTMENTS I REALLY LOVE THE SECURITY AND ALL THE CLOSET SPACE KEEP THE GOOD TEAM WORK UP IN PROVIDING THE COMMUNITY WITH AFFORDABLE RENTMAY GOD BLESS YOU AND YOUR STAFF

The Administration is as sweet as you can get and very helpful There is a minimum income requirement that needs to be taken into consideration as well as a maximum Look into this place as its perfectly located to meet all your needs

I do not recommend this place for you if your elderly or if youre looking to place an elderly family member there the management there is not very welcoming and some of the residents are nosey and old gossips I cant even visit my grandmother and care for her wellbeing without someone assuming Im living there and run tell management

I have a friend that moved in here in 2012 and it was a very nice place to live after 6 years of living there he has been though a flood from the apartment the above him and the water came though the vent fan in the bathroom the ac broke on him and took a week to fix the ceiling fan in the kitchen broke and they rigged the fan and now it has 2 speeds he has 2018-11-19T18:15:01Z
I have a friend that moved in here in 2012 and it was a very nice place to live after 6 years of living there he has been though a flood from the apartment the above him and the water came though the vent fan in the bathroom the ac broke on him and took a week to fix the ceiling fan in the kitchen broke and they rigged the fan and now it has 2 speeds he has asked for new carpet and paint job and it never got it He now has cancer of the throat and his water heater is broken and has been trying to get that fixed for the past week he cant clean his stoma or his trake supplies nor can he take a shower they have been through 3 office mangers in the past year they dont care about the people that live there only about the money the grounds has rat holes and when sitting outside they come up to you they have bed bugs mice and mold the licensed for the elevator has expired on 1010 2018 thats a month ago i have tried to call whetstone jubilee and left messages and no one has called me back If you care about your parents grandparents dont let them move here this place has turned into the housing projects Its really bad here also they have children living here that are not to be living here there are little shelf outside each apartments that the residents can put nick knacks on and other people steal these things more ... hide ...
