Ive lived in this community for about 1 year and a half and its a good place to live Staff are responsive and friendly If I need a repair Im contacted same day and the maintenance folks are almost always there on same day If they cant get to it the same day they do the next day The gentleman Ive met who work maintenance are friendly and efficient and althoug 2021-05-05T16:39:19Z
Ive lived in this community for about 1 year and a half and its a good place to live Staff are responsive and friendly If I need a repair Im contacted same day and the maintenance folks are almost always there on same day If they cant get to it the same day they do the next day The gentleman Ive met who work maintenance are friendly and efficient and although we cant choose our neighbors mine are great Yes sometimes there is trash in the parking lot but that must be from some of the residence By the time I walk outside again the trash is gone Upkeep is very good If I had to offer a negative it would probably be that it would be nice to see the balconies upgraded a little Maybe painted to a lighter more refreshing color as it would be nice curb appeal I would also like to see an upgrade to the building doors and mailboxes more ... hide ...

Ive been here for 3 years and have had varying experiences The office was THE most horrible experience of my life regarding renting from the time I signed my lease Maintenance was decent in timely repairs although they were usually quick fixes I would recommend sleeping with a fan to block out noise as you can hear everything above and next to you Also keep 2020-03-28T17:37:03Z
Ive been here for 3 years and have had varying experiences The office was THE most horrible experience of my life regarding renting from the time I signed my lease Maintenance was decent in timely repairs although they were usually quick fixes I would recommend sleeping with a fan to block out noise as you can hear everything above and next to you Also keep in mind what your neighbors can hearI have had incidents with roaches about a year after I moved in but the pest control were out quickly after making a call and found out the resident above me was disgusting To correct the problem all residents required mandatory pest control which has solved any issues since then The property is recently under new management and weve had a new leasing agent for several months now which has been such a relief Patrick has been amazingly helpful He understands what we were dealing with before him and has done a great job rectifying the situation by being PRESENT courteous consistent responsive and attentive If theres an issue he doesnt have the answer for hes always positive and finds the answer Weve just been informed of a new property manager whom actually took the time to introduce herself via email which was professional and gave hope of a better sense of community They are planning on putting some time and effort into these apartments which will definitely be beneficial I look forward to the positive changes and hope to be around to see them make a difference Will update as changes are being implemented more ... hide ...

EVERYONE in that office is extremely rude and very unprofessional They lose important documents all the time Especially with social security numbers on it I find that very odd the entire staffed needs to be revamped Keep your receipts Its a lot shady things going on with them They lie and tell you anything if you question them about anything They get rude ha 2016-04-29T06:48:53Z
