This office has moved me to list I never applied for and mysteriously changed my numbers for units I did At times its taken up to a year for updates to be done and Important notices have been mailed out late on purpose in hopes that I miss the dead line Recently I had to stalk this office continuously for a eligibility packet owed to me on 6292022 I was 2022-11-02T05:57:17Z
This office has moved me to list I never applied for and mysteriously changed my numbers for units I did At times its taken up to a year for updates to be done and Important notices have been mailed out late on purpose in hopes that I miss the dead line Recently I had to stalk this office continuously for a eligibility packet owed to me on 6292022 I was called off a list and all My information was emailed and sent on 7172022 on 10072022 it was still no progress so I took it apon myself and called the property after short conversation turns out I didnt even meet the eligibility for the unit it was stated that the situation was discernible and should be brought to management attention that after such a time frame Mrs alegra Robinson should have seen the error so she couldnt have been processing my packet as she stated This is just one of the many incidents of professional mishandling and UNETHICAL TACTICS I have brought to the attention of supervisors MRS PAMELA WALTON and complaints to Mrs CAROL ANNE BRAZEAL they respond with a pre conceived notion that personally Im made to feel because Im African American Im handled in such a way either way these issues just fall on death ears this housing authority upper staff IS RACIST if you dont believe me just look at this response its basically taking no accountability for the staff mishandling of my case even though my information was updated apon being sent and she didnt review the documents and basically if I dont like it go to another housing list more ... hide ...

Didnt like the specific one didnt get the food right and didnt really listen or comprehend on what I was saying Its like they acted all confused and incompetent to do their job properly I wanted a chicken sandwich combo and the potato bowl meal but assumed I changed my mind and just gave me the chicken sandwich and no fries I also asked for a spicy one Like 2021-10-17T21:37:27Z

They treat people who live in the facility very poorly They will not open common areas for the residents with proper limitations in place They isolate residents without cause They do not respond to resident request and require residents with COPD on oxygen to wear a mask when they are inside their own apartment The office staff is very unprofessional I ask 2020-09-24T18:17:10Z

My experience hasnt been good while moving in I saw illegal active and smelled marijuana outside inside my building as tenants smoked freely right out front The hallways were nasty food all over the floor walls windows and steps on every floor along with police activity which they had to come to the community twice that day I notice that the trash dumpster 2019-01-01T14:20:33Z
My experience hasnt been good while moving in I saw illegal active and smelled marijuana outside inside my building as tenants smoked freely right out front The hallways were nasty food all over the floor walls windows and steps on every floor along with police activity which they had to come to the community twice that day I notice that the trash dumpster on the side where the rental office is decent looking but on side I live trash is always on the ground all around the dumpsters for several daysits trifling All this tenants are expected to share one dumpster when we use to have two in this court Im embarrass to have company over The trash attracts all the animals to linger in the communitystray dogs raccoons and big black buzzards Walking to my car sometimes I really have to be careful I notice this community is only kept up to par wgen corporate is comingland scape companies come do work and maintenance are out early morning for ground keeping just until the coast is clear corporate leaves I hv spoken to rental office about the animals the dumpster the shopping carts trash before but it doesnt mk a different if you dont know from personal experience or live around here to know how it feels I have several pictures of what the community looks like on a daily basis Maintenance is disrespectful and dont know what to say out of their mouth when they have to come fix an issue I have been without heat for 2weeks now still wait on a part to arrive ITS WINTER TIME BY THE WAY my whole apartment has been smelling like gas Maintenance finally came yesterday after I left 2 messages to only try undermining while discussing the gas problem I was told tht I hv to wait until Jan 3 or 4th for a resolution and He ended up cutting my gas line off Now im spending money to eat out bc I cant use my stove more ... hide ...
