This place is wonderful The manager Shantelle doesnt make this an apartment building she makes it a home for all who live there With her there would recommend this place to anyone

This has got to be the worst place Ive ever lived at The maintenance here does nothing as far as repairs The place is loaded with cameras with live feed to the rental office Management watches these cameras and looks for reasons to evict tenants This would be good if there were crimes or unlawful offenses happening but this is not so here You cannot have family visit or have your grand kids maybe spend a night without Management harassing you They have thrown tenants out without sufficient timing because of this almost hoping that you end up on the streets We paid almost nine hundred dollars a month always on time and kept up with our unit as far as keeping it clean and we got evicted because we complained about a leaking ceiling Had a leaking ceiling in my kitchen for seven months and everytime it would rain my wife and I would need to mope the water up Smelled like mildew and they still didnt fix the ceiling My wife ended up slipping from the wet floors one night after it rained and hurt herself really bad They still didnt fix the ceiling but instead decided to evict us A bunch of none caring SOBs that are money hungry Easier to evict a tenant and get another one then fixing the ceiling Didnt even give back security deposit after moving We hired a lawyer and theres a on going Law suit at this time My advice is do not move here Theres to many other nice places in this area to live Youll be glad that you did And if theres any doubt in what Im saying do yourself a favor and before you hand over any money or sign any lease talk to some of the residents there more ... hide ...

The pros to these apartments are that theyre newly built and have a modern feel Also the theyre located in a decent and quiet area Though the cons to these are that that theyre small especially the bedrooms The most spacious parts of them are the living room and kitchen The leasing process is long and complicated also a compliance office is used to determine your final stage of whether or not they accept your application The apartments are income based so although on the application or the website it says one thing or price depending your income you may actually have a higher rent price than expected The leasing staff arent organized friendly or punctual Miscommunication is constantly an issue Ive applied the there twice and both times some of the documents that were given to them were lost by them which resulted in the application or approval process taking longer than it should have Nor were they able to give me an idea of when my move in date would be and when they would have the apartment ready to move in I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone I would say go elsewhere and get more for your money more ... hide ...
