I worked for this company for almost a year in Dietary Honestly Im surprised I stayed as long as I did Its not the position or job in general that I didnt like its the drama and immaturity that I had to tolerate while working there This is the only place I ever worked where theres so many grown women like really older women who like to gossip nitpick and make others uncomfortable The worse part of it is the supervisor In Dietary not only allows it but also in some ways encourage some of the actions its very unprofessional for a supervisor to disclose an employees personal business or circumstances to other employees leading to gossip Dietary is a Mess If youre not a snitch or constantly in the office or willing to go above and beyond your job description your hours get cut In my opinion it is alot of favoritism some discrimination and sneakiness that goes on in that department im just happy Im no longer there but best of luck to any new comers that can stick it out because things really need to change at Hartly Hall starting with Dietary more ... hide ...
