Recently the management office is a disaster They lack customer service the hallways are filthy the previous manager would walk the halls to ensure they were clean Everyone is rude including the manager the admin assistant They do not know how to talk to people how to ask or address concerns Talk about inequities in these communities you need start by training the staff you hire so they understand the community inequities They are fraudulent with how they manage the rentals and they are liars They do not conform to Mass rental laws they dont know what they are doing with handling client personal information they do not provide understanding of how they come to conclusions which leads to believe they just do whatever they want without following policies or laws Lack professional and need better training on property management and customer service more ... hide ...

The manager of the place Barbara is really rude The way she speaks to the people that live here is very degrading She will speak to you like you are not on her level Recently she sent out a letter to my unit and asked me to pay a certain amount of money Even though I spoke with her in person six months ago that the payment will be paid in increments over six 2022-11-17T21:29:13Z
The manager of the place Barbara is really rude The way she speaks to the people that live here is very degrading She will speak to you like you are not on her level Recently she sent out a letter to my unit and asked me to pay a certain amount of money Even though I spoke with her in person six months ago that the payment will be paid in increments over six months period She sent out a letter asking me to pay three months worth of that payment in one month When I called the office to ask them why the lady on the phone corrected the amount and apologized Barbara called me personally with an attitude asking me how much would I be sending her this month The office has no system They do not communicate with one another and end up sending out wrong information to the residences The management consists of white women who are responsible for lower income people of color more ... hide ...
