Have been a resident at Langham for about 2 years now Never had an issue until recently Off lately a month to be precise there is no hot water in the morning anytime between 630am8amWe complained several times but the response has been always cold its only you who is complaining I have also got a response that you should be showering at a different time since its really busy in morning I dont think that should be the response to solve the issue This comes from the lady who usually runs building management The place is charging you a bomb of a price so definitely I demand and deserve HOT WATER 24 HOURS Ivan and his team have checked the bathroom and even changed the valve But to no effect We have been telling them someone is misusing the hot water or something is definitely not working well in my apartment but they would refuse to believe They check bathroom at not a busy timeusually 45pm so offcourse it would run hot water then By hot I dont mean steaming hot but hot enough to take a shower This is an ongoing issue and there has been no concrete solution yet The weather although slightly warm is still at 35 to take shower in almost cold water Using this platform as I am hoping this review reaches the correct person and a solution is reached at more ... hide ...

Property management is very disappointing They refuse to hire someone to plow the complex where we pay every month to park our cars Ive been here for the last 3 years and its been this same way every year People who live in the complex are out shoveling the so theyll be able drive through the alleyway Its our responsibility to shovel out our cars not the all 2018-01-05T14:29:41Z
