Every Sunday I visit my Mom who lives at Barressi Heights on Pleasant StreetnSomeone needs to step up and crack down on maintenance its disgustingnWe used to visit in the community room with family Not one of the three bathrooms have had SOAP SINCE SEPTEMBER Very rarely is there paper towels or toilet paper The trash is emptied but none of these bathrooms have been cleaned in monthsnNot to mention the only floor that gets washed is the main lobby I have brought this to the attention of Judy the office manager many times yet I see the same feces and the same filth in the same places and still no soapnAlso during the last storm the ramps were shoveled once Residents are no longer permmitted to use the parking lot entrance staff does so they were forced to use these slippery ramps Security called maintenance after the second resident fell they came at 930 pm and spread a little salt There is so much more like the holes In the ceilings from leaks in the bathroomsnThere are major health issues with those rest rooms alone and we get no where with office managementnI look forward to seeing some changes and thank you in advance more ... hide ...
