So today 05282020 I just got off the phone with someone from Tenney Place in Haverhill Ma The Website CLEARLY states rent for a one bedroom is 1014 I called inquiring about the possibility of renting a one bedroom at this place The person I spoke to states the starting rent is 1500 for a one bedroom Talk about highway robberry The pictures dont even look tha 2020-05-28T13:35:35Z
So today 05282020 I just got off the phone with someone from Tenney Place in Haverhill Ma The Website CLEARLY states rent for a one bedroom is 1014 I called inquiring about the possibility of renting a one bedroom at this place The person I spoke to states the starting rent is 1500 for a one bedroom Talk about highway robberry The pictures dont even look that glamorous for the rent to be that high If that is the case and willing to pay that amount go rent from Tuscan Village way nicer than this place and they have way more amenities The guy I was speaking with acted like he didnt know what I was talking about said he would have to contact person in charge of this I have been keeping an eye out for this apartment for a while now and for the past 4 months I have seen that it was listed for 1014 It is also listed on other websites like apartmentcom apartmentguidecom Trulia Zillow etc for 1014 They need to update this ASAP so people like me dont get their hopes up Here I was thinking that I finally found something affordable I dont reccommend this place at all due to FALSE advertisement Go look elsewhere more ... hide ...

I moved out of here a few years back This place is beautiful mostly quiet BUT it is also kind of mysterious You will never see a soul outside on a Beautiful day You rarely see children playing at the parks The neighbors call the police for ANYTHING or call the Management staff to gossip This is a Great place for Children to Live unless you live next to the 2013-08-13T00:06:59Z
I moved out of here a few years back This place is beautiful mostly quiet BUT it is also kind of mysterious You will never see a soul outside on a Beautiful day You rarely see children playing at the parks The neighbors call the police for ANYTHING or call the Management staff to gossip This is a Great place for Children to Live unless you live next to the Old people who will complain Try to get you evicted because they Dont like children or they are Just Pain VINDICTIVE The Management will listen to Rumors but they will Never Listen to you They will evict you for anything Including parking in a different spot by accident There are plenty of kids that you may see under 5 years old roaming the property on their own and their parents never get any warnings but the good residents who clean up watch their kids and pay their rent are always the ones that are out the door This place can be decent if Management would loosen up their Dumb Rules and Open their eyes I just hope in a few years that this place wont go to Hell Oh yeah By the way when you move out They treat you like Crap Well right after you move in they treat you like crap too They send you letters in the door about violations Calling the police because you are in Danger is a violation if your LeaseThe worst thing I feel about this place is when the Maintenance men mow the grass for Hours madd early in the morningI understand people need to get up but Damn They go over the same area a hundred times But I have to say its a lot better than any other low income property around What can you expect with the people they have to deal with more ... hide ...

Here in this apartment building thousands of kilometers away lives my fiance Adenia Restituyo my love of a lifetime I hope to be in this place very soon I feel great emotion to see the building from different angles and know that my beloved lives there
