My parents live there and have nothing but problems They are both elderly my mom is not in good health and all the can smell is pot smoke in their apartment Its making both of the sick My father has tried to work with management and all they all say is its a process to take care of the problem Seriously So much for the strick NO SMOKING policy DO NOT RENT 2017-12-13T16:58:12Z

We moved from the West Coast and didnt know anything about the area The staff at Hamel Mills were the only ones to get back to us quickly and answer all our questions If you are okay with the commuting lifestyle Hamel Lofts is a great location Train stop is right there easy to hop on and off Downtown is growing and a river walk in the works city says it will be done in a year Very dog friendly All the tenants are very nice Be sure to get a unit in the concrete building The other buildings have wood beams you can hear and smell everything Staff are extremely nice If you need something they are happy to help and easy to approach Just be sure to stay on top of the issue as they get busy and your request can fall through the cracks take a long time to complete Parking is easy trash is easy paying rent is easy getting groceries up can be a challenge be sure to get a cart to help The washer and dryers are in the units they are on the small side so dont overload them Found an amazing dogwalker while living there We have since moved to be closer to work and daycare location but miss the staff and friends made at the lofts more ... hide ...

The only thing I have to say is cancelations When any kind of cancelation A mass text should go out There was a few times got in locker room it was cancelednSwimming was great but communication with cancelations could be betternBut good teachers and good overall
