I havent really needed to contact the housing authority until lately Seems like every time I call I get some type of attitude today I called and used the prompts and pressed 0 for customer service I asked if somebody could point me in the direction of where I apply for the mass rental voucher program I was told that they didnt really know what I was talking 2022-04-05T13:54:00Z
I havent really needed to contact the housing authority until lately Seems like every time I call I get some type of attitude today I called and used the prompts and pressed 0 for customer service I asked if somebody could point me in the direction of where I apply for the mass rental voucher program I was told that they didnt really know what I was talking about and then when I said it again the woman said oh well you werent really being specific I dont understand how I wasnt being specific when I said exactly what I was calling about I then repeated why I was calling and it seemed like I wasnt getting anywhere with her so I POLITELY asked to speak with somebody else and she hung up in my facennNot very good quality of customer service if you ask me I was pretty specific with what I was asking for and dont understand why she would have hung up on me just because I asked to speak with somebody else The last couple of times I called I was given an attitude as well There is only one woman that Ive spoken with from here that has been polite and patient with me Why is it like that over there I understand the overwhelming amount of people who are applying for assistance right now but consistency and patience should be priority here when speaking with customers more ... hide ...

a lot of problems with the drainage pipes the basement floods and they leave us without water and they really dont know how to solve it
