Incredibly unprofessional driverscaregivers Never on time to pick up my son often an hour late for scheduled events distracted rarely engaged uncommunicative unhelpful These are drivers only barely not educated professionals with special needs training Regarding their driving standards my son had to repeatedly ask a driver not to text while driving and twice had to make room in the vehicle for the drivers child When we requested another caregiver the replacement was no better American Training clearly does not care about the safety comfort and development of its clients They do however care a considerable amount about the comfort of their untrained laissez faire employees Even after complaining about the unacceptable treatment of my son absolutely nothing was done more ... hide ...

I was reading some of these reviews as I never really thought about reading the reviews about this particular place In the past I can say that they helped me out tremendously on my background However with everything come certain stipulations and guidelines sometimes there are loopholes other times there are not It is An information center It is not the DTA T 2022-11-09T20:56:39Z
I was reading some of these reviews as I never really thought about reading the reviews about this particular place In the past I can say that they helped me out tremendously on my background However with everything come certain stipulations and guidelines sometimes there are loopholes other times there are not It is An information center It is not the DTA They cannot find you emergency housing on the usual That being said I understand some people on here are stating they needed help or somebody to advocate for them It is so important that you help yourself help others So if you need something you have to do the footwork and provide everything that they request or they will not be able to help you Unfortunately thats the way it works but the center is always open to go in and get all the pamphlets of all the related things that you may need but unfortunately they are not there to run around for others They are a center for people to come to more ... hide ...

Im loving the new kitchen and bathroom up grade Even the guys who installed them they were cool also I say a 4 out of 5 And it matches with my kitchen set The bathroom is lovely as well The put handle bars in my tubby cuz I have MS Thank you Lowell Housing it looks awesome

Marketed as luxury but theyre really just regular apartments The walls are paper thin so your neighbors genuinely sound like they are in your apartment with you The very top floor has no windows other than skylights so you might go a little stircrazy up therennThe location is convenient There are tons of restaurants and fun places in the area to check out My 2017-11-21T16:09:48Z
Marketed as luxury but theyre really just regular apartments The walls are paper thin so your neighbors genuinely sound like they are in your apartment with you The very top floor has no windows other than skylights so you might go a little stircrazy up therennThe location is convenient There are tons of restaurants and fun places in the area to check out My issue with the location is its right near the fire station I constantly hear sirens and have to pause my conversations since one cant be heard over the noisennThere is no parking so you have to park in a nearby parking garage which is very aggravating You have to lug your groceries and whatever else over a block to your apartment There is technically an elevator but its out of order more often than its working Therefore on top of walking from the garage you often have to walk up numerous flights of stairs to get to your apartmentnnSecurity is a bit of an issue There is a fob near the front entrance of the building but often people wait outside the apartment building looking to enter with you I have had packages stolen as they are left right in the front lobby which can be seen through the glass on the front door Despite the lack of security for packages and such there have been no security cameras or other types of theft prevention implemented which brings me to managementnnManagement is responsive for the most part other than Dan If you want something done especially in a timely manner do not contact him If you attempt to contact Dan you will likely not receive a response If you do receive a response he is generally away and not available to help anyway on top of seeming fairly disinterested When I reached out regarding my package being stolen and suggested theft prevention I basically got a well sorry about that but youre on your own Therefore I dont feel as though Merrimack Street really cares about the security and comfort of their renters more ... hide ...

Although my time with MassMills has been brief moving out of state for work my time here has been amazingnnFirst and what I think is most important the staff here is terrific From the leasing staff to the management staff to the maintenance staff they are all professional courteous responsive and kind Ive had a couple of minor maintenance issues that have popped up and they were responded to within 24 hours I cant say enough about the people who work for MassMillsCorcoran A true pleasure to deal withnnSecond the building The property has 3 buildings colloquially the 100 building the 200 building and the 300 building I was in the 100 building Immediately upon entering the building you are overwhelmed with the sense of history of this 19th century building One of the original mills built as part of the Lowell System the 100 building has 5 floors and is buffeted on the backside by the Concord river I lived on the 4th floor on the back side of the building and the views of the Concord river and the Lowell Memorial Auditorium were breathtaking the photo attached was taken from my bedroom windownnThe building is shockingly quiet Tenants in this building are respectful and typically have called this building home for many years Each floor has its own washerdryer and trash chutennLastly The City of Lowell This city has a cultural vibrancy that I havent experienced before Truly a melting pot the barrestaurant options in downtown run the gamut Additionally the city has very active recreation groups that are constantly planning citywide events such as Winter Fest Irish Fest Lowell Folk Festival Summer Concert Series etc If thats not enough the Lowell Memorial Auditorium hosts nationally touring acts from Broadway to the Boston Pops to Jay Leno Still not enough The Tsnogas Arena plays host to even more touring events but also the UMass Lowell Riverhawks Hockey team Still not enough The National Park Service offers tours of the city and routinely hosts events The beauty of it all Literally everything I described is a 5minute walk from MassMills Located right downtown this property offers an incredible opportunity to experience the city like few other properties cannnI enthusiastically and without any hesitation recommend MassMills It has been a delight living here and calling this city home more ... hide ...
