I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere appreciation to the administration and staff at Evans Park in Newton Corner My mother Olympia became a part of your community approximately four years ago While at first the transition was challenging as you would expect for any 96 year old independent Italian woman mom ended up embracing and being a vital part of this great residence She was under the direction of four different executive directors during her time there and was particularly close with Todd Raymond Renato DeLeon and most current Maria BarbosaSantos They all treated my Mom like family and on many occasions she commented about how great they all were My mom fell asleep not long ago and the care and concern shown by the staff at Evans Park was beyond exemplary Mom made it a point that members of the staff should be recognized when she was gone and we have done our best to honor her wish Her last few days on this earth were challenging for all of us her mind was intact but her body was shutting done at 10175 that happens However under the direction of Ms BarbosaSantos everything and anything my family needed in those final days was provided for us with grace and concern The outpouring of support by the staff in expressing their love for my Mom is something that we as a family will remember always If you are looking for a community that will care and embrace a loved one and make them a part of an extended family I highly recommend Evans Park in Newton Corner more ... hide ...

I moved into the Woodland Station apartment last fall and am currently about to renew my lease I would say it is one of the best places I lived Boston Dallas and Ann ArbornnI cannot overcompliment Team Woodland We have great onsite maintenance especially Santos He responds very quickly once he came within 30 min after I requested and always delivered the bes 2022-08-08T13:33:01Z
I moved into the Woodland Station apartment last fall and am currently about to renew my lease I would say it is one of the best places I lived Boston Dallas and Ann ArbornnI cannot overcompliment Team Woodland We have great onsite maintenance especially Santos He responds very quickly once he came within 30 min after I requested and always delivered the best solution beyond my expectation We had an issue with a big window in the living room A maintenance crew fixed it and it was ok but Santos checked it and improved it making it even better than it was before we got the issue Donna is awesome very kind and helps us proactively by asking about our needs She cares Giovanni the general manager is the best he is very handson and listens to the customers very carefully and responds very thoroughly to both current and prospective residents He is more like a friend to solve problems together rather than a landlordnnWe have been really enjoying the topoftheline amenities The club room is spacious well equipped and maintained hard to find something like this in the Boston area We had our kids birthday party and friends visitin in the club room Once they come in they got interested in the Woodland and I strongly recommended it to them for their next place to live A swimming pool with a safeguard and new BBQ GRILLS a cozy library and a wellmaintained gym are big plusnnOverall it is the best place for a family with kids of course for others as well I give my best recommendation without reservation Please let me know if you have any questions I am happy to talk about the Woodland more ... hide ...
