This place has gone down hill tremendously since all of the staff left several months ago HMR properties doesnt care about their tenants A lot of repairs are needed and the maintenance staff is horrible The corporate office will never respond to your issues or concerns But they frequently tell you throughout the month what day is it to rent is due
