I live around the corner and was woken up at 330 this morning because of three men shoveling the pathway to the entrance on charter Street this seemed outrageous to me so I called this morning and spoke with one operator who told me I should have called the police I will next time and then was blindly transferred to someone named Ralph I believe he said his 2019-02-21T13:25:03Z
I live around the corner and was woken up at 330 this morning because of three men shoveling the pathway to the entrance on charter Street this seemed outrageous to me so I called this morning and spoke with one operator who told me I should have called the police I will next time and then was blindly transferred to someone named Ralph I believe he said his last name was Vito who wouldnt even let me speak told me I was lying and no snow removal had been performed before 730 even though he was not on the premise and couldnt confirm it then he HUNG UP ON ME while I was mid sentence I was nothing but polite didnt raise my voice and this gruff toxic man became immediately aggressive and refused to even humor my VERY legitimate complaint The next time it happens I will in fact call the police and my next call right now is going to be city hall I hope it was worth it when all it would have taken to resolve the issue initially would have been sorry wont happen again more ... hide ...

I grew up here in the 90s honestly had the best time As a kid I had access to the computer room whenever I wanted had a full playground in the back basketball court I only went to a handful of times id explore on the rocks in the back there was also a trail through the rocks on top of the hill that takes you directly to that shopping plaza All the buildin 2019-06-19T14:02:22Z
I grew up here in the 90s honestly had the best time As a kid I had access to the computer room whenever I wanted had a full playground in the back basketball court I only went to a handful of times id explore on the rocks in the back there was also a trail through the rocks on top of the hill that takes you directly to that shopping plaza All the building kids would get together had a very neighborhood feel The ice cream truck would come in the summers I could safely ride my bike around building down the street I lived there for 13 years during that time any issues we had were fixed on time even go our floors redone The only issue I had was I had a bully on my same floor in my same hallway but thats not he properties fault more ... hide ...

1202020nnI normally dont leave a negative review but yesterday 1192020 was a disaster on behalf of Salem Heights property manager LINDA CARRION and her unorganized protocol I woke up on 11920 to find my car gonetowed I was confused as to when did the residents get notified of plowing taking place and times for each lot The evening prior 118 We got a snowfall of 23 inches I arrived home that evening around 5pm NO WHERE IN SIGHT did the residents receive notifications on our doors the day or two days prior as the building staff SHOULD HAVE done when a snow storm is expected ALL THE TIME I assume the they were aware of this being it was broad casted on the local news channel days priornI had to call the police station to see what towing company Salem heights uses This was at 330pm The police station had no document list of my car being towed I asked them what towing company does Salem heights use They mentioned Bills I then called this tow company Bills told me they dont tow for Salem heights only if its on the street of pope street not on the lot yet the police station has bills listed for Salem heights It was back and forth between them and the police station having no information and no list from any tow company being turned in I then decided to call Peabody police station just In case my car got towed there They said they dont tow in SalemnFinally at 5pm the Salem police station called me saying they just received a list from a tow company a private tow company that Salem heights usesand the private tow company turned out to be FROM PEABODY J n C towing See next post for continued review also on their FB page review more ... hide ...
