I live in the mason square apartments through your management and let me tell you the last 5 months have been hell Between the fire alarm going off all the time to roaches in my CLEAN apartment electrical issues that I reported a week ago that still havent been fixed But the most recent of issues started Monday morning at 5am The fire alarm went off and scared myself and my fiance awake and our 2 young sons my fiance ran up the stairs to check and make sure there wasnt a fire well because he was scared out of a dead sleep he ended up cutting himself on the door latch to our bedroom and needed stitches which resulted in me needing to miss the day from work to watch our sons Tuesday night at 10pm alarm goes off again 12am Wednesday another alarm and then of course 6am Wednesday alarm sounded AGAIN All during our sleeping hours with the longest alarm sounding for 47 minutes and the shortest 25 minutes Lets also add in I wake up every morning between 6307 to go to work yeah a loud false fire alarm is not what I prefer to be woken up by during my last hour of sleep or my beginning hours of sleep The alarms NEED to be fixed This is not a safe nor is it a comfortable living situation Eventually there is going to be a real fire and nobody will even think to leave the building because of how many false alarms we go through in that building To have to pay as much as I do for rent Id sure like to enjoy what I pay for and not be woken up at such inconvenient hours I still have another 7 months to put up with this torture more ... hide ...
