I was wrongfully terminated from this company because I asked for proper training to care for a resident whom just had a major surgery In return I was told i resigned when I never said I quit I just asked for proper care training or a transfer When I tried to reach out to the directors I NEVER once recieved a phone call back as well as emailing a lady from H 2018-06-09T00:24:22Z
I was wrongfully terminated from this company because I asked for proper training to care for a resident whom just had a major surgery In return I was told i resigned when I never said I quit I just asked for proper care training or a transfer When I tried to reach out to the directors I NEVER once recieved a phone call back as well as emailing a lady from HR for the CEOs extension or email Now Im out of a job because I wanted to give a resident the proper care she deserved Everything we were trained at the main building went out the window after training Were forced to do a job were not QUALIFIED to be doing And I was also threatened by the director of my program saying I better not show up to my job all because I asked for training for a resident who had her whole hip and joints removed Sad I loved the ladies at my program and miss them deeply And I was good at my job Its just really messed up that people went off of hearsay and now Im out a job No one recieved any proof of me voluntarily resigning because I NEVER said that more ... hide ...
