I have waited 10 years on their list for them to tell me that I was approved for Ann Arbor Section 8 and for me to not find any 4bdrms for the price I was approved for because the cost of living is so high Not to include that I had to pay 4050 to go all the way to Ann Arbor Mi from DetroitMi to pick up paperworklook at properties and pay for applications I even let them know I couldnt find anything can they downgrade me to a 3bdrm because my family and I need a place to call home Unfortunately the landlord failed the inspection and I was calling them every week to see what was the progress and I was told they would call me back once they see why the landlord failed the inspection I feel like its not my fault he failed the inspection and it was pretty obvious I was never going to be able to move to Ann Arbor with the high prices of their properties on a limit that wasnt enough I was told last week that I was denied because the landlord failed the inspection so I asked can I do an appeal and I was told old even if I do appeal it aint nothing their going to be able to do because I went pass my extension Now thats not fair to me or my kids I lost money by paying to go back and fourth in the process of trying to find a house and be denied I want to talk to the main perosn over the Ann Arbor Housing Commision more ... hide ...

My husband and I have lived here for a little over 2 years While the inside of the apartments look nice not everything is as new and nice as it seems While many improvements were made over the summer such as painting the buildings it doesnt compensate for the lack of repairs that actually need to be done We have asked countless times for our windows to be replaced as there is always water build up on the sills along with huge drafts that come through The dry wall is completely cracked around the windows as well Every time we are told someone will come out and take a look and no one ever does This company doesnt care about their residents they only care about looks and not functionality They started repairing something in the garage stairwell thats been going on for weeks that management didnt bother to tell us about I honestly dread coming home to the place every day I never know what my day or evening is going to be interrupted by If management wanted to actually make improvements then they they would start with repairing these ancient buildings instead of just painting over the flaws No improvements will stem from this review either All management does is comment on the bad reviews saying they want to hear more about our concerns but nothing is ever actually done Just do yourself a favor and find a different place to live just like I will be doing once our lease is up more ... hide ...
