I recently moved into a 2 bd 2bth apt I love the size of the rooms and the wonderful breath taking sunsets I get to photography each night with no two being the same Each room gives a different perspective of the night skyline You cant be the price for living in the heart of the downtown area The property manager and maintenance staff are great I will adm 2019-02-28T19:07:44Z
I recently moved into a 2 bd 2bth apt I love the size of the rooms and the wonderful breath taking sunsets I get to photography each night with no two being the same Each room gives a different perspective of the night skyline You cant be the price for living in the heart of the downtown area The property manager and maintenance staff are great I will admit that the apts can be stuffy so I keep at least one window open Most of the residents are friendly My two problems are with the drug users and homeless trying to sneak in behind you Just recently I found myself in a situation where a known drug user tried to enter the building behind me I refused to let him in and he tried to push past me He became verbally abusive When he was finally buzzed in we went up in the same elevator I was afraid for my life Not only did he curse at me he became very violent by banging on the elevator doors I thought I would be next to experiance his physical wraft The other problem is the nasty washing machines They are not cleaned on a regular bases I blame the company who services the machines for thatThanks for disinfectant wipes Overall it is not a bad place to live if one is a senior more ... hide ...

They are making the tenants terminate their current cable companies and switch to an unknown company called Innfinnity This company has only 48 channels on a firestick and costing about 50 a month Some channels they provide I never heard of No premium channels BET OWN Hallmark etc If we want to keep those channel we have to paid for Nexflix or Hula so mor 2019-06-27T18:30:58Z
They are making the tenants terminate their current cable companies and switch to an unknown company called Innfinnity This company has only 48 channels on a firestick and costing about 50 a month Some channels they provide I never heard of No premium channels BET OWN Hallmark etc If we want to keep those channel we have to paid for Nexflix or Hula so more money out of our pocket and not to mention you would need a smart TV They did not even ask us for our opinion or input We gonna have to suffer and do without our favorite shows because of them trying to be cheap and save themselves money SMH But if you dont care about cable service parking issues children playing in the street this place will be right for you and your family The unit are very spacious and the maintenance worker Steve is very good more ... hide ...

My spouse and I pay roughly 1300month for our two bedroom apartment We dont make a lot of money but we always pay rent on time Last night myself and the other 140 tenants received a letter to notify us that at the beginning of next month our rent is increasing to 1500 I told management that we dont have more money and was told that the new amount needs to 2022-06-02T19:32:12Z
