I started the application process at Alderwood Estates at July 27th I mainly spoke with their employee named DenisenThey had an open unit that we were applying for and the paperwork they had to process should have taken approx one business day to complete a week at maxnThey dragged out the application process so long that I am just now hearing back from them

I started the application process at Alderwood Estates at July 27th I mainly spoke with their employee named DenisenThey had an open unit that we were applying for and the paperwork they had to process should have taken approx one business day to complete a week at maxnThey dragged out the application process so long that I am just now hearing back from them October 12th almost took three months When they contacted my roommate it wasnt even to deny or accept us but to resubmit paperwork that I already submittednNot to mention they refused to talk to me directly I called them at least 10 times throughout the application process and didnt get through to anyone once and left at least 5 voicemails and they didnt return them oncenThe apartment would only communicate with my roommate that I was applying with Considering I was applying to be on the lease this is unacceptablenThis place is absolutely trashy and unprofessional The staff is rude and incompetent to do their job I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone
