I started the application process at Alderwood Estates at July 27th I mainly spoke with their employee named DenisenThey had an open unit that we were applying for and the paperwork they had to process should have taken approx one business day to complete a week at maxnThey dragged out the application process so long that I am just now hearing back from them 2020-10-13T20:33:08Z
I started the application process at Alderwood Estates at July 27th I mainly spoke with their employee named DenisenThey had an open unit that we were applying for and the paperwork they had to process should have taken approx one business day to complete a week at maxnThey dragged out the application process so long that I am just now hearing back from them October 12th almost took three months When they contacted my roommate it wasnt even to deny or accept us but to resubmit paperwork that I already submittednNot to mention they refused to talk to me directly I called them at least 10 times throughout the application process and didnt get through to anyone once and left at least 5 voicemails and they didnt return them oncenThe apartment would only communicate with my roommate that I was applying with Considering I was applying to be on the lease this is unacceptablenThis place is absolutely trashy and unprofessional The staff is rude and incompetent to do their job I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone more ... hide ...

Out of all the high rises in Bay City this one is the best the people here are nice and polite its clean and quiet

I absolutely love my apartment I love the manager shes absolutely fabulous Very professional but down to earth its very clean also like every apartment complex youre going to have a few bad ones but since Ive been here they have cleaned house Its in a great spot Only a few blocks from historic down town Its a beautiful town Im originally from Waterford so t 2021-08-14T12:46:24Z

They had an amazing person there when i visited that took care of the birds in the Aviari Friendly staff and the tenants are so fun to talk to

The apartments are nice and good if anything does happen maintenance is available It is low income and it shows get a bike lock anything you care about needs to be locked in the shed or secured Only about half the parents here actually care about their kid and what theyre doing theres an issue with hoodlums and bullies Parking is assigned but were having an 2022-05-04T15:03:27Z

For what it is it is a great place I wouldnt mind living here but I dont qualify It has a common area downstairs and a great seating area Security is also very good here so the residents here feel safe
