I went to apply for an apartment I grounds were well groomed Parking lot very clean Large 1st floor entrance Very nice inside The office clean and Pat was helpful and patient while I filled out the large packet of forms Theres a 100 deposit which is the highest I have come across in my search for a senior assisted living complex They also have a long waiting 2022-08-10T12:45:43Z

Rent is cheap but you get what you pay for Electricity suddenly went out in my bfs apartment on two separate occasions because of a circuit in the laundry room They have bug ROACH problems and they will not disclose that information so be careful Tons of roaches in the laundry facility at the end of the building They switched his apartment upon moving in af 2020-03-02T21:35:47Z
Rent is cheap but you get what you pay for Electricity suddenly went out in my bfs apartment on two separate occasions because of a circuit in the laundry room They have bug ROACH problems and they will not disclose that information so be careful Tons of roaches in the laundry facility at the end of the building They switched his apartment upon moving in after he saw a roach in the original apartment The manager was being rude upon him figuring it out but its her fault for not disclosing that information Its all for money They tell you to write a list of stuff thats messed up in the apartment upon moving in but 3 months later he moved in December theyve yet to fix anything All they do is put down new carpet but theres broken drawers and the whole bottom of the bathroom counter looks like its been eaten away by termites I helped him put diatomaceous earth down upon moving in and havent seen any roaches or anything in the actual apartment The management makes me want to give this 0 stars And lets not forget the time that the manager accidentally deposited my bfs rent into another account so she kept begging for a receipt of the money order over HER ERROR It makes me SMH My bf works hard and already has enough on his plate dealing with problems with the apartment and staying here only makes it worse Find better management and people who have the time to invest in paying tennants more ... hide ...
