This company allowed tenants to cost someone their job I was set to look at an apartment and just happened to be sitting in the parking lot and heard the entire conversation I called corporate and gave them the license info along with what I heard only to have someone email acting as though they cared I guess not seeing has how these disgusting people caused 2019-05-28T03:50:01Z
This company allowed tenants to cost someone their job I was set to look at an apartment and just happened to be sitting in the parking lot and heard the entire conversation I called corporate and gave them the license info along with what I heard only to have someone email acting as though they cared I guess not seeing has how these disgusting people caused a very professional manager great hardship Good luck with those types of antics I will be looking up this manager so I can personally write a letter on her behalf Ive also heard some great stories that maybe the news stations or government would like to hear as well Do not rent here if you value your safety or piece if mind They do not truly care and should be ashamed of themselves more ... hide ...

Apartment B1 is in terrible shape and the maintenance man is substandard There is mold growing under the kitchen sink and in the corners of both bedroom closets I contacted the property manager about this issue many times to only get partial issues fixed one at a time and still to this day their is still mold growing under my sink Also the pluming is terribl 2016-07-18T13:03:40Z
Apartment B1 is in terrible shape and the maintenance man is substandard There is mold growing under the kitchen sink and in the corners of both bedroom closets I contacted the property manager about this issue many times to only get partial issues fixed one at a time and still to this day their is still mold growing under my sink Also the pluming is terrible and I have to plunge the toilet every dayI am 32 years old and this is the first time in my life I have had this kind of plumbing issue I also requested the maintenance man wear booties over his shoes to keep my carpet clean and still very time he shows up he refuses to respect my home and wear the booties I have informed the property manger of this issues and she does not appear to have control over her maintenance man as he is outright defying her will Also the outlet powering the garbage disposal under the sink is not attached to a gfi circuit There is a gfi on the counter but when I trip it the garbage disposal still works more ... hide ...

Very nice apartments ran by really nice people The staff are very nice and helpful
