I lived there for 8 years and let me tell you that place has really gone down Maintenance was terrible at making repairsthieves stealing mufflers off tenants cars break insloud music all hours of the night rent increases every six months I started at 690 dollars and when I moved it was a 1000 a month I was paying electric service for upstairs and downstairs
