It all looked good so made time to see it The building wasnt the cleanest but I figured it would be ok I mentioned some problems and was told it would be ready by move in day Move in day still wasnt ready Couldnt stay there for quite awhile Then of course it was ready right before rent was due again Then took forever for other problems to be fixed They have 2021-08-30T10:21:15Z
It all looked good so made time to see it The building wasnt the cleanest but I figured it would be ok I mentioned some problems and was told it would be ready by move in day Move in day still wasnt ready Couldnt stay there for quite awhile Then of course it was ready right before rent was due again Then took forever for other problems to be fixed They have a terrible ROACH INFESTATION They have you sign papers at move in saying if you get roaches or bed bugs let them know right away Well I did and its been over a month and the roaches are still here They never left They might have called they cousins Also building floods or gets water every time it rains One time it knocked the hot water heater out for almost a week No central air so its hot Only staying cause of my lease but looking for loophole to get out Tired of not being able to have company over cause of the roaches Also a lot of nasty people They throw their trash every where They dont pick up after themselves and some are even too lazy to take their trash to the dumpster in the parking lot So if you dont enjoy roaches and heat and dirtiness and not getting any notice when they gonna come fix something this is not the place for you more ... hide ...
