I am a new tenant at Wellington Square Apartment Its not what I expected I requested to see my apartment prior to movein and management told me NO and that it was imparative that I sign my paperwork prior to moving in My rent from from 515 to 752 within a few minutes of signing my lease and a 2 hour frame to move in I requested parking inside the fence t 2019-06-18T22:42:20Z

Starting with the pros the apartment itself is nice and a decent price for living in Midtown The maintenance crew is also very helpful and nice and they come quick once they are notified of an issuenHowever the management is terrible My roommate and I called multiple times about house centipedes in our apartment and found a crack in the floorboard that they were coming in through Somebody did come once to fill the crack but they didnt fill it completely and the centipedes were still a problem We called many more times and nothing else was done In addition we called multiple times regarding a broken garbage disposal Maintenance did come and fix it multiple times it was something wrong with the disposal itself nothing we were doing to the disposal and we made sure it was working when we moved out but we still got charged 100 to replace it The phone is never answered when you call the front desk and when it is most of the time there is never any follow through Would not recommend living here if you dont want to deal with unresponsive management more ... hide ...

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE They are infested with bed bugs Every single building They dont do what they need to do to keep up with the problem They dont make sure that the people cooperate with helping to rid the problem They move people from building to building without making sure the situation is under control first therefore they take the bugs to the 2016-03-14T18:20:58Z
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE They are infested with bed bugs Every single building They dont do what they need to do to keep up with the problem They dont make sure that the people cooperate with helping to rid the problem They move people from building to building without making sure the situation is under control first therefore they take the bugs to the next place with them I dont live here but now have an issue with these pests that is going to cost my 1200 dollars because I allowed someone to visit from these places and they were brought along I called was rudely hung up on and told I couldnt prove that it was from there Wasnt trying to prove anything besides this management needs to get it together and take care if this problem Now I know why my rent is so expensive a month because we try to keep tenants and management who cares These people dont folks Find you somewheres else more ... hide ...
