I moved in almost 3 months ago Im very happy here I love the inside of my apt there is very decent and modern appliances the carpet was new the walls were freshly painted The building stays clean I never been in a high rise building in Detroit that is kept so clean Im impressed all the time how clean its kept My floor is quite I never hear any noise on the side of me or above me unlike the last place I lived at I plan to be here a long time The office staff I never had a issue with them they are nice and has been helpful everytime Ive had to go to them people have to remember they deal with a building full of people and they are human just like us sometimes I imagine things get stressful Ohhhh I like when and if I needed a repair that its taken care of right away unlike my last place I stayed at where you wait days even weeks most times you never get the repair and building gets ran down like that but nope not here they dont play that The neighborhood is decent I mean Ive not had any issues personally There is a beautiful park across the street thats good for getting a good walk in I hear it can be a little rough over there certain times of the year and day Fort street bus stopped is not far and Smart bus125 is not far more ... hide ...

I love it I have been hearing bad reviews of this place for years So I was hesitant to move here Come to find out Those bad reviews came from bitter residents that had violated the terms of their lease and was booted Living here is magnificent Hoorah
