We only used the pool so this is what it is about The pool itself is pretty decent with the water being slightly colder for younger kids For lap swimmers it is perfect The problem is the experience once inside The lifeguards are super intense and not very friendly We never got whistled blown at us because I was with my young kid and we were very respectful but the whole time I feel so much pressure because they are constantly whistling or punishing telling them to get out at kids that to me were seemingly doing not much I used to swim in swim team when I was young and had lifeguard so its not like I dont know whats going on Its almost like they are enjoying their power to tell people what to docontrol others that they would otherwise not have outside of the pool Another thing is the rock climb rope jump thing is always closed They literally see people on it and go shut it down Never saw it open for the few hours we were there There is also a limit of 48 inches height for the slide just FYI I think that would be made more clear as it doesnt seem like such a intensebig slide They also closed the slide abruptly at 6 for no reason Never mention when itll open until closer to 7 saying it will open later There should be a schedule if there is a routine to close things in the pool really essentially half the pool slide rope jump rock climbing wall more ... hide ...

Ghetto place gnats flying around in the building in the middle of the dead winter no paper towels to dry your hands and the morning nurse has the nerve to have a bad attitude the place is not even ran properly come on no paper towel to dry your hands But have all these signs plastered around the building on washing your hands for 20 secondsI had to keep u 2021-02-09T12:26:53Z

Great place just as long as u dont work there Employee get talked to as if they are slaves especially if your black They have more than a few disrespectful people working there and u will get fired over anything literally

My mom just moved in and we are so pleased with this place Seniors only was a nice surprise and perfect for my older handicap mother The place is beautiful inside and out and very well maintained The maintenance man Kevin was so very nice and helpful I had such a pleasant interaction with the manager Patti All the ladies we met so far are super sweet There a 2018-06-28T22:30:46Z
