If I could give zero stars I would I just had a gas leak that they did not take serious from May 30 June 2 2022 4 days me and my sons lives could have been gone had consumers not came in and checked the gas line in my basement that they so called fixed the day before when consumers seen it he said oh no I can see before I even get closed they did not do anyt 2022-06-03T14:44:40Z
If I could give zero stars I would I just had a gas leak that they did not take serious from May 30 June 2 2022 4 days me and my sons lives could have been gone had consumers not came in and checked the gas line in my basement that they so called fixed the day before when consumers seen it he said oh no I can see before I even get closed they did not do anything but put putty stuff outside the gas line Debrah in the office told me that they needed to hear from consumers that they did not fix the pipe for the gas to stop seeping in After Ive taken them tags that consumers put on there stating it was DANGEROUS and needed repaired IMMEDIATELY Its the rudely women in the office ALL of them when you call with work orders all they say is theyll tell maintenance Maintenance never come until you call several times frustrated Even IF then They talk to you as if your a child and everything is as if they are mad at you for telling them about things that need repaired They need new people in that office and maintenance they dont do anything these apartments are nice and could stay that way if they had people in the office that truly care about the property and their tenants more ... hide ...
