There are several people living in these apartments and they are complaining about the illegal actions by the maintenance people Their testimonies are the maintenance people are coming into their apartments after they leave and without a 24hour notice of purpose which is required by law unless its an emergency Their claim is there is no emergency and some of 2019-03-24T18:01:51Z
There are several people living in these apartments and they are complaining about the illegal actions by the maintenance people Their testimonies are the maintenance people are coming into their apartments after they leave and without a 24hour notice of purpose which is required by law unless its an emergency Their claim is there is no emergency and some of the residents suspect the maintenance peopleperson of perverse actions and theft However they are not banding together to fight this horribly personally invasive and illegal behavior I strongly suggest interviewing the residence prior to making a commitment and signing a lease at these apartments This is what I was informed of from the residence upon inquiring as to their opinions about the apartments I will never rent from this management company unless there is a complete overhaul of their managers more ... hide ...

Apartments are very nice and very well located downtown Staff is usually very polite but seem to be juggling to much work load amongst the various properties they manage The biggest pet peeve of mine regarding 26 cherry is the package deliveryeverything is placed on the floor out in the open for anyone to walk by They also deliver the mail to the leasing office bc delivery companies dont have accessand then it seems if the packages are brought over from the leasing office as a very low priority or when they get to it I had an important package that was a gift delivered and then sit in the leasing office from Monday until Thursday nightit makes it very inconvenient when you have to add an unknown few buffer days to your package delivery bc you dont know when they will bring it over I constantly get confirmation emails from shippers and then dont see my actual package for a minimum 2448 hours more ... hide ...

I moved into 205 Division in Spring of 2020 and honestly it has been nothing but disappointing I have had major issues time and time again and the lack of response from both maintenance and the front office is unacceptable especially for what I pay in rent They say they will call back and never do Problems have included wifi being out for extended periods of 2021-01-06T15:16:06Z
I moved into 205 Division in Spring of 2020 and honestly it has been nothing but disappointing I have had major issues time and time again and the lack of response from both maintenance and the front office is unacceptable especially for what I pay in rent They say they will call back and never do Problems have included wifi being out for extended periods of time and we were still being charged the monthly fee when these amenities did not work My washer and dryer has been out for over two months since before Halloween it is now after the New Year and it has not been fixed and no one has reached out to update me I have frequently called I have contacted time after time and have received no response at all I am still being charged for the washer and dryer monthly 75 The quality and view from inside my apartment is great So if youre looking to pay an outrageous amount of money for a subpar apartment and terrible response time from management this is the place for you Otherwise dont waste your time living here we are counting down the days until we move more ... hide ...

Door was locked upon arrival Lights were on and its the middle of the afternoon on a Saturday Waited outside for 20 minutes knocking and calling store No one answered the phone or door Not a good look for a newer business in the area Unprofessional
