My dad who is 93 fell and fractured his hip and needed to be place at at Rehab Facility We also found out before he could be moved from the hospital he tested positive for Covid even though he had been vaccinated and the rehab had to be accepting covid patients as well My family has been very blessed that my dad hasnt had any medical issue that required any type hospital stay The hospital found St Anns for us We were in uncharted waters being we never had to deal with this kind of issue This was our dad and we wanted him to be safe for and cared fornSt Anns was amazing The staff in the Covid unit were compassionate kind informative and made this family feel my dad was going to get the best carenWe received phones calls everyday with updates and phone calls were returned in a timely matter Because of Covid we werent able to enter the facility but we were allowed to go to his window everyday to visitnI wish I could name everyone that was so kind and help make my dad and and his family feel so comfortable while he was therenThank You Amanda Sara Brandon Vonn Eric and Ryan There are more people to Thank and I apologize that I do not know there names but please know that the Abbasse family is so very grateful for all of you who make it possible for us to bring my dad back home nThank You TAnns The Staff And Amazing Health Care Professional At St Anns more ... hide ...

We have been living in these apartments for over two years now and this has been one of the worst living experiences we have had as far as property management goes First thing the building has multiple drug dealers living throughout so if you are unfortunate enough to be living next door to one you can expect traffic 247 in and out of their apartment Aside from that there are constantly problems with the heating and cooling which will usually take management a few weeks to fix They also have constant problems with the washer and dryer machines which also takes a while for them to fix The parking lots are not monitored even though management claims they are The gym that is in the basement of the building is nice but there are usually little kids playing in there The leasing office that was in Klingman closed a while ago so if you need anything you have to go over to the Baker Lofts and their office hours tend to be 830 430 and their phone system is constantly broken So email is usually the best way to get a hold of someone If you do have an emergency you can call the emergency cell phone but the people are a bit sketchy We had an issue with our fire alarms going off and so I called the emergency line when I got home from work 530pm and was told that he would charge me for calling after hours unless I wanted to wait until the next morning All in all the apartments are aesthetically pleasing but management is a chaotic mess and are very untrustworthy more ... hide ...
