They say they are section 8 and that they take disabled tenants but this is a lie The required amount of income to make per year isnt something ANY disabled person makes Not a single one I knew a tenant that lived here a couple of years ago and he qualified for it on his own disability income and makes less than my roommate does yet she just called and doesn 2021-09-23T19:39:11Z

This is the worst management I have ever be involved with The apartment itself is spacious and open but the management people who live here and the condition of the floors counters and everything else is terrible The counters in our 2 bed 2 bath in the kitchen were stained like someone sat a hot pot on them theyre fake countertops the bamboo flooring is scratched all throughout the living room and kitchen and everything else was completely disgusting and cleaned poorly before we moved in Also the best part is we paid 45 a month for a washer and dryer COMBO its all in one compartment that was fixed twice by management they just switched it out with another from a different unit when we complained the second time that it still did not work even with a bra 2 pairs of underwear a tshirt they told us it was too late to take it off our lease and they couldnt do anything about the cost SO the whole year we paid for the Laundromat and the POS washer and dryer combo for 45 a month Lastly good luck ever finding parking that you pay for each month Youre supposed to have a permit in your vehicle if youre going to park in the allotted parking lot but people will buy these parking permits from the leasing office for like 10 and give them to friends or their friends will just flat out park in our parking lot The leasing office does nothing to stop or get rid of nonresidents We have called throughout the year multiple timesnI will never recommend the management that works on the corner of Division and Oaks and I will never recommend the Metropolitan Park Apartments to anyone Hopefully this isnt the case for all of their buildings downtown because its a great location but if you dont want the stress of people not doing their job weighing on you for a whole year DO NOT MOVE HEREnSeriouslynyouve been warned more ... hide ...

They put 20 somethings in with seniors and expect no trouble They ignore their tenants dont answer phone calls And its supposed to be low income but my friend pays more than half her income to this place
