I lived here and it was not a great experience They have too much authority and rules that are not applied to everyone So if you are a free thinker dont need the mom n dad aspect run the other way they are shady only at dwelling place properties does a land lord have that much control over you and your guests They tear apart friendships and your confidenc 2021-12-01T17:57:25Z

I have lived here for 10 months and I been ready to move I dont have the income to do so yet These police ass apartments is dirty and filled with drunks and drug dealers People stay yelling and fight in the halls When in the house you can still hear them yell from down the halls through the thin wallsThe apartments are filthy and have roaches and ants All your heat goes out the windows because of the cracks in the windows My heat stays on 80 in order to keep my small apartment warm Security that be at the front desk has to sign everyone in and out My guest could walk to the store across the street they would have to sign out and sign back in when they return Security always have an attitude with everyone who come in the building whether they live here or not They are always swearing and making threats to everyone My younger sister comes to help me cause Im currently 8 months pregnant and on bed rest Since shes under the age of 18 I have to go down stairs to the front door just to get her I also had problems with both the kitchen and bathroom sink since Iv moved in I just got them both fixed as of last month I was without heat for a week because the motor went out in the vent The man who fix things didnt know what he was doing the 3 different times he showed up So they called someone from the outside to do the work This was my first and worst place I have ever lived Im young and still got some learning to do but I have learned my lesson Always look into things first Im the first to review this place so I wouldnt have known anyways Im letting everyone else know what no one never told me I will be moving out when I get off bed rest and back to working again Im so excited and cant wait Good Luck With Your Search more ... hide ...

Its a nice place it has its ups and downs but the apartments are larger than most senior living complexes and each unit has its own washer and dryer The common areas are furnished to encourage socialization The biggest complaint I hear from residents is the geese The management is in the process of cutting down the population in the right manner It is close 2016-10-26T16:09:55Z
Its a nice place it has its ups and downs but the apartments are larger than most senior living complexes and each unit has its own washer and dryer The common areas are furnished to encourage socialization The biggest complaint I hear from residents is the geese The management is in the process of cutting down the population in the right manner It is close to a major grocery store which is walkablenHad originally given 5 stars but changed it because now they are telling the seniors they cant work on puzzles in the common area This is a big part of their socialization and every senior place has one The residents are very upset over this It is not the two ladies in the office Joy and Stephanie it is coming from the head office in Kalamazoo So sad such a beautiful place has to have so many restrictions imposed on them more ... hide ...

When I first moved out here I enjoyed it Then I quickly became acquainted with the unprofessional and shady management They never get back to you about anything and they ignore complaints constantly I would not recommend this property to anyone Yes its close to downtown where I work Super convenient Unfortunately there is A LOT of awful situations that happen out here Loud parties there is never any parking due to these large parties neighbors constantly destroying property unsupervised children everywhere and worst of all numerous situations where the police have had to be called out here I heard from a parent at my childs school that the most recent incident was an older child shooting smaller children with a BB gun Will be moving as soon as the lease is up more ... hide ...
