Welcome to Rosewood Where no one under 18 is allowed outside without a parent watching Have fun babysitting your teens No roller blades allowed No skates No skateboards No scooters or razors There are 3 playgrounds here Designed for toddlers They are all broken and run down Kids are allowed to play at these 3 places only Gangs of kids roam the community on your porch or patio No one does anything about it Mainly because some of the offices pet residents have thier grandkids out there unsupervisedif you tattle on those kids youll get a write up Weed is legal in mich Its not legal on this property This is federal not state property You cant have a pet Of any kind You cant smoke cigarettes In any unit or building You have to go 25 feet away any building dumpster or playground If you do go out to smoke Bring a tape measure with you because the retards that run the place cant even blow leaves properly let alone do math and figure out measurements Medallion mgmt Is the worst and cheapest management company ever No matter what they say They DO NOT CARE about you The employees are substandard and the pay they get is substandard Basically you get what you pay for They try to fool you and have events at the club house Those events are just rosewoods way of getting info from residents about other residents If you dont play the reindeer games they want you too Youll start getting passive aggressive threatsnotices at your door They harrass all the rule followers and never do anything to the rule breakers People living in here illegally with no lease Drug dealers in almost every unit in building 4 and 5 Police here everyday Kids almost hit in the roads everyday because no one obeys the stop signs or speed limits Your lucky if you get the same parking spot everyday The people who park in your spot dont care if you have to walk across a parking lot with your groceries in a blizzard they only care about stealing your spot The staff is incompetent They lose important paperwork all the time You constantly have to go re get something Doing thier job for them Maint Is a joke They used to come into units about 4 or 5 times a year For maint inspections Msda inspections Smoke detector batteries Furnace filters Etc Etc Now they come in as many times as they want Always with a notice Still annoying when you pay for a year of rent to live and enjoy then have an intrusion every week They give you furnace filters that last 2 months They only change them every 4 months though last time it was 6 months with a 2 month filter Anyhoo enjoy rose wood Or as we call it Rosehood more ... hide ...
