Greediest management Ive ever lived at They took 150 out of my deposit after moving out for a couple easytoforget pieces of paper and refused to refund me when I offered to return them They didnt properly prepare the apartment before I moved in and then charged me for the missing CO alarm and a couple leftover objects in the unit that I assumed were standardnThey raised rent 210 after the first year and gave me little time to find a new apartment complex before the required 60 day notice period Paying by the month would have been 330 more instead Their prices are not worth the old quality buildingsnDuring my stay I had the kitchen sink burst flooding the apartment and destroying some of my personal items Maintenance had to come back about four times because they did not thoroughly fix the issue so it caused continued problems for about a month after the incidentnThe place looks nice from the outside but is not worth the price
